A Little Bit More About Me..
Ian is an Actor, Director, Choreographer, and Teaching Artist based in Washington D.C. You may have seen him on stage at several theaters in the DC area including; Arena Stage, Signature Theatre, Round House Theatre, Olney Theatre Center, Imagination Stage, Rep Stage and Constellation Theatre to name a few. He is a proud member of the Actors Equity Association, AEA.
Ian currently serves as Performing Arts Director and Assistant Director of Technical Theatre at Barrie School & Lead Teaching Artist with Roundhouse Theatre. Ian also has established a career for himself as a DJ under the pseudonym YUNGUPTOWN.
Ian holds a B.S. in International Relations & Politics from Carnegie Mellon University, completed the Overtures Musical Theatre Institute at Signature Theatre, and received training at The Studio Theatre and The Theatre Lab in Washington DC.
